His ability to penetrate into enemy's defense and control the pace of the game are some of his major strengths. He started out his career in the reserves team for Incheon United. Spending two years at the reserves, Lee worked hard to reach his goals. In 2006 he became the MVP for the reserves league. Impressed by his performance, Daegu FC's coach decides to sign him. Upon signing him, Lee Keun-Ho became an instant hit, Lee has firmly established himself as a key figure in attack for the Daegu's side. Later his briliant performance got him selected for the national side. On June 29, 2007 Lee Keun-Ho made debut for the Korean National Team against Iraq, where he also scored his debut goal.
