Sprinkle garlic salt over the fish, cover w/ lemons (like 2-3 pieces), put 1/4 thick slice of butter on the lemons, and then put water in a pan up to about 1/5 of the halibut, and set the fish in there and steam it! Should take about 5-10 minutes depanding on thickness. This doesn't work with REALLY thick slices. __________________________________________________ | |
