When that happens to me i normally close all the programs like u said and i try it again and again if it doesn't work i would then restart iPod Wizard and try it again if that doesn't work just restart computer.

Hi, i have a problem
When i click on "Write to Ipod" in IpodWizard it says, "Enable access to ipod, make shure programs who use Ipod are closed.
(and i closed all my programs)
Help please.

i get at the end connect to your computer use itunes to restore. so what did i do wrong help please

well there should be a Check box that you can check off, so it doesn't ask you again. No you don't have to update it. Nothing will happen to itunes or your ipod if u don't update and if u do want to update your ipod in iTunes then update your ipod it still works nothing will happen except your ipod will look like normal. Downgrading is possible just restart the tutorial and it's like new again
