I used 1g APEX and approx 10ml TNG to ensure easy detonation.But 10g HMTD should also do the trick. good luck.

Without a doubt! 6kg is'nt a small amount of explosive,so 50cm wil be too shallow. You will get a nice crater though. The main thing is safety,if you are atleast 100meters away from it then I don't see you being in any danger,except if you bury in between rocks. I trust you do this in a secure location without the risk of being caught. Keep me updated and I will help where I can. Good luck!

Well that sounds like a good idea.about the fragments- I don't think the plastic fragments will pose a threat to you,as long as jou keep a reasonable distance from it.
